How to steep: 1 tsp (2 g) per cup (250 mL) of hot water at 95 °C / 200 °F, 5–7 minutes.

How to brew it
Measure
One teaspoon (2 g) of loose leaf per cup - a little more if you take milk.
Heat
250 mL of water at 95 C. Just off the boil - never scalding.
Steep
Five to seven minutes, covered. Lift the leaf out, then sip slowly.
