Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only, from our facility in Ontario. US shipping is coming soon.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates — 3–5 business days across Canada. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates — Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in Canada.

Lost or delayed packages — If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at info@arcticsage.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
