If it's about an order
Include your order number, and if the question is about a specific pouch, the lot number printed on the back. That code identifies the exact batch your tea was packed from and lets us trace it back to the harvest — it's the fastest way for us to give you a real answer.
If something arrived damaged or incorrect, send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
Allergens and ingredients
Full ingredients are printed on every pouch in English and French, and listed on each product page. Our teas are processed in a botanical facility and contain no declared priority allergens. If you have a specific allergy, email us before you order and we'll check the batch for you.
