How to brew it

Measure
One teaspoon (2 g) of loose leaf per cup - a little more if you take milk.

Heat
250 mL of water at 95 C. Just off the boil - never scalding.

Steep
Five to seven minutes, covered. Lift the leaf out, then sip slowly.
