Taste the whole Arctic Sage collection — from first-flush Darjeeling to soothing chamomile — and find the cup you love. Every tea comes from a single heritage estate in India's Himalayan foothills, hand-sorted and packed in small batches.

In the box:

The seven teas: Moonlight First Flush, Himalayan Darjeeling Reserve, Bergamot Earl Grey, Green Zen, Imperial White, Chamomile Green, Soothing Saffron Blend.

A cup for every hour: high caffeine for the morning (Moonlight, Darjeeling, Earl Grey), medium for midday (Green Zen), low for the afternoon and evening (Imperial White, Chamomile Green, Soothing Saffron).

How to steep: 1 tsp (2 g) per 250 mL cup. Black teas at 95 °C / 200 °F for 5–7 minutes; green and white teas a little cooler and shorter.

The Ritual

Measure

One teaspoon (2 g) of loose leaf per cup - a little more if you take milk.

Heat

250 mL of water at 95 C. Just off the boil - never scalding.

Steep

Five to seven minutes, covered. Lift the leaf out, then sip slowly.
